ОЦЕНКА КАЧЕСТВА КОЗЬЕГО МОЛОКА С ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ МЕТОДОВ МАШИННОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ

Аннотация

Козье молоко является важным компонентом рациона питания в сельских регионах Казахстана из-за его высокой питательной ценности и легкой усвояемости. Высококачественное молоко не должно содержать вредных добавок или признаков бактериального загрязнения. Продукты из козьего молока активно продаются на местных рынках, особенно в небольших фермерских хозяйствах. Однако в условиях ручного производства и отсутствия контроля качества часто наблюдаются случаи фальсификации или нарушения санитарных норм, что негативно сказывается на составе и свойствах молока. Потребление некачественного молока может привести к серьезным последствиям для здоровья. В настоящее время в Казахстане нет широко распространенной автоматизированной системы оценки качества сырого козьего молока. Эта проблема особенно актуальна в отдаленных сельских районах, где отсутствует лабораторное оборудование и молоко не пастеризуется. Сырое молоко может содержать опасные патогенные микроорганизмы, такие как сальмонелла, листерия, кишечная палочка, кампилобактерии и другие, которые представляют угрозу для здоровья детей.
