MANAGEMENT OF INTRA-SHOP LOGISTICS PROCESSES OF CABLE PRODUCTION USING DIGITALIZATION

The article discusses the management of intra-shop logistics processes of cable production using digitalization in the operation of electric vehicles: electric loaders and electric cars. The issues of increasing the efficiency of electric loaders involved in cable production are being addressed through the introduction of digital technologies for managing logistics processes. The introduction of digital technologies in this case is carried out by upgrading the electric loader, namely, equipping it with an additional EMC unit, which is a high-tech system with the function of timely detection of obstacles (robot-loader). The proposed technical solutions are aimed at automating not only the issues of planning cargo transportation routes in the intra-shop space, but also optimizing equipment loading and controlling energy consumption. The peculiarity of the scientific development is that it provides for ignoring the Automated Control System of the robotic electric loader operation in the work of the Unified Information System designed for joint functionality with the Automated Control System of the technological process of cable production and the Special Automated Control and Monitoring System, which together is part of the Intelligent Process Control System operating within the Digital Platform - the Unified Process Control System for the manufacture of cabling and wiring products. This work was carried out through the development of special software, which made it possible to integrate digital solutions into the logistics of cable production and created conditions for eliminating bottlenecks in the management of intra-shop cargo flows.
